I have been a demonstrator for over 18 years.I first looked into stamping for my scrapbooks. After contacting Stampin'UP! for a demonstrator in my area (I never attended a SU party) I received 5 names...so I went down the list and the first person I called never called me back (don't remember her name) so after 2 days I went on to the second name on the list....Faith Clark. I called and left a message and she called me back within an hour. We made plans to meet that night for coffee and apple pie! (how did she know that was my favorite)... I was a little nervous meeting a stranger, well guess what....she was not a stranger!! We had worked together when we were in high school.....As soon as I saw her everything just clicked...I had my check and she had the envelope addressed to Stampin'UP! and the rest is history. Having Stampin'UP! as a hobby and now making a business has been a blessing but having my friendship with Faith and others grow deeper has been priceless! Stampin'UP! has its perks, but always remember...the lives you touch along the way is what matters the most...the rest "is just paper and ink". (a quote someone shared years ago) and so true.
